Commercial Kitchen

The Platteville Business Incubator houses a 300 sq. ft. kitchen that is available to start-up food trucks, catering companies, canning and bottling manufactures and other culinary-related companies.

Users of the kitchen may choose to have offices at the incubator, but are not required to. Applications for registering for first-time use of the kitchen is available.
